Well, I'll see how this goes. I don't really expect anyone to ever read anything I post here, though I may be surprised someday. If I actually manage to post, that is.
I'm starting this as a way for me to try to work through things in my head. Why am I not just writing in a diary, or some other such, only personal medium? Because I feel most comfortable typing, and typing into a 'comments' type box online (as opposed to, say, a word document). And, well, if anyone does wind up reading it, helpful comments/criticism might be nice.
Currently, I'm a college student at a challenging science/engineering school in Southern California (reason #2,508 to move back to the Pacific Northwest after school: Wildfires scare the crap out of me), majoring in Chemistry. I have a great roommate, and a boyfriend of two years. Most of the time I can convince myself that I'm happy.
I want to write more, but I also think that it's time to go to bed. I'll actually get everything with starting this sorted out tomorrow; I just know that if I didn't get this started some night when I was thinking about it, I'd never actually do it, and I think it will be a good thing.
